November 7th, 2013 Yellowknife, NT (November 8, 2013) – The Sport North Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to NWT students who have demonstrated academic excellence, dedication to sport and volunteer commitment. Scholarships valued at $1,500 are available to applicants in sport related studies and $1,000 scholarships are available to applicants in other areas of study.
A total of 8 scholarships were distributed this year for $1,500
