2017 Leadership Symposium
The Power of YOU
***YOU NEED TO CREATE/LOGIN TO A SPORT NORTH ACCOUNT TO REGISTER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE ALREADY***
This Leadership Symposium provides an opportunity for delegates (YOU) to network with colleagues and increase your knowledge and skills of what you can do for children, youth, communities or yourself.
Our goal is to get you motivated, encouraged and connected with a variety of opportunities with those that can help you make a difference in the sport and recreation sector.
We will give YOU the tools that will empower YOU in your role!
Michael 'Pinball' Clemons - Canadian Sports Hall-of-Famer | Toronto Argonauts Vice-Chairman
Few people exemplify the qualities of personal excellence, teamwork, community leadership, and overcoming the odds better than CFL legend Michael 'Pinball" Cleomns. With boudless energy, Pinball's talks centre on the potential for each of us to achieve anything we set our minds to. Unabashedly emotional and impactful, he shows audiences how to put heart into everything they do.
Great Traits with Mark Tewksbury and Debbie Muir
Inspiring Excellence - Founded by Olympic champion Mark Tewksbury and Olympic coach Debbie Muir, Great Traits is a program that teaches people to be victors in their own right. Using stories, activities, heart, and humour, Tewksbury and Muir connect individuals, teams, and organizations to the fundamental principles that drive achievement, leadership, and lasting legacies.
The symposium registration fee is $250 per person. Registration is open from December 12, 2016 through to February 23, 2017. There will be a late fee of $100 after February 17, 2017.
Note: A one-day rate is not available. Popping in for one symposium activity or session is not available. You must be a fully registered delegate to participate unless you have purchased one of the optional add-on activities (see below). All symposium delegates will be identified with a name tag that is your 'ALL ACCESS' pass to the symposium and related activities.
